For whom are these One-On-One sessions?

These sessions are for sports coaches of any age.

What is the content?

We establish your philosophy, vision, leadership and managerial style. The content then evolves according to the needs and requirements of each sport coach.

What does a One-On-One session cost?

A One-On-One session costs R250.00 per hour or R350.00 per 1½ hours.

How long does it take?

You can book a 1 hour or a 1½ hour session. 

Where does it take place?

The One-On-One session takes place at your work venue.

How far does it go?

You decide how far these sessions go in terms of duration, frequency and numbers.

How does it work?

You book online.

State what sport you coach, your work address and what your intention is for that particular session.

I shall send you an invoice with details of the cost, which includes the length of the One-On-One session, transport, meals, refreshments and travel costs where necessary.

Pay 50% via an E.F.T. of the total cost up front into my bank account.

Once the money is reflected in my bank account, we shall set up a date, a time and a venue.

We have the One-On-One session.

You pay the outstanding amount in cash please, at the end of that One-On-One session.
